A medical vacuum sealer is used to remove air from packaging and create airtight seals for sterile medical devices, instruments, and pharmaceutical products. It helps maintain sterility and extend product shelf life.
Yes. The system is designed for cleanroom and controlled environments, ensuring hygienic operation and compliance with healthcare packaging standards.
Yes. It is designed to support validation processes required in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, ensuring consistent and repeatable sealing performance.
Medical vacuum sealers typically work with medical-grade pouches, Tyvek®, laminated films, and other sterile barrier packaging materials.
Yes. Operators can adjust sealing time, temperature, pressure, and vacuum levels to suit different materials and product requirements.
Yes. The system is commonly used for pharmaceutical packaging where secure, airtight, and compliant sealing is required.
By removing air before sealing, vacuum packaging minimizes contamination risks, reduces oxidation, and enhances the integrity of sterile products during storage and transport.
Yes. It is engineered for consistent performance in production environments, supporting medium to high-volume sterile packaging operations.
